We want to make the next step clear: continue with support, move a WordPress site into your own environment, or cleanly hand off what should no longer stay under One Wheel care.

Option 1:
Continue With 360 Command Center Care
Stay with One Wheel for ongoing care of approved assets under care.
This may include websites, hosting, domains, tools, listings, forms, access, files, integrations, or other maintained marketing infrastructure. You get clearer support, better visibility, fewer access surprises, and a stronger foundation for future improvements.
Your first invoice begins June 1. Most clients land between $350 and $1,500 per month, depending on what we are actually managing & maintaining.
Clients who move forward with a website under One Wheel and confirm before June 1 are eligible for a new homepage design mockup. See FAQ for more details.

Option 2:
WordPress Self-Managed Migration
Best if you want to take over your WordPress site and manage it independently.
If you mainly want your WordPress website moved into your own control, this is the simpler transition path.
Self-managed WordPress cannot stay on our shared hosting environment. If you want to self-manage, the site needs to move to your hosting account or chosen provider. This path generally includes a defined migration path, WordPress admin access in the new environment, transfer confirmation, and written acknowledgment that future support, ongoing maintenance, plugin updates, troubleshooting, training, performance work, redesign, cleanup, or broader marketing infrastructure transfer is not included. |
Option 3:
Formal Handoff Project
Best if you need a broader transition across assets, access, files, tools, credentials, and documentation.
Some clients need a fuller review of what One Wheel has touched, stored, managed, monitored, maintained, hosted, or supported.
A Formal Handoff Project can include asset review, credential transfer, domain and hosting confirmation, available finished deliverables, documentation, removal of One Wheel access, and guidance on what is client-owned, third-party-owned, or internally operated. A clean handoff is not just sending a password. It takes time to review what exists, confirm ownership, organize access, and make sure nothing important gets missed. |
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOTHING
Silence is the riskiest option
If we do not hear from you before June 30 and your July 1 invoice goes unpaid, service may be suspended under standard terms. That can affect hosting, domain management, monitored items, maintained assets, access to archived materials, and other active infrastructure items.
If you are unsure what is under our care, please do not let silence make the decision for you.
