Description
80-minute paid working session: $500 prepaid

This appointment is for clients who need help moving assets, access, website responsibilities, credentials, documentation, or connected marketing infrastructure out of One Wheel care.
A formal handoff may be needed when a transition requires more than a simple help desk request.
This can include a website move, hosting or DNS review, plugin or form questions, vendor coordination, access review, documentation, historical file review, removal of One Wheel access, or clarification of what is client-owned, third-party-owned, or managed inside One Wheel systems.
What this appointment includes
During this 80-minute working session, we may review:
- Assets currently under care
- Website, hosting, domain, DNS, or plugin questions
- Access, credentials, files, and ownership details
- Vendor or internal team handoff needs
- What can be handled through help desk support
- What needs a separate quote, project, or follow-up
- Immediate next steps for removing items from care
What this appointment does not include
This appointment does not automatically include a full migration, rebuild, redesign, custom development, bulk documentation project, vendor-managed implementation, or emergency technical work.
If more work is needed after the session, we will identify the next step and quote it separately where needed.
