One Wheel Marketing LLC (“One Wheel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing services and Marketing IT company located in Champlin, Minnesota.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to One Wheel websites, forms, client portals, help desk systems, text messaging programs, and other services that link to this Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information reasonably needed to operate our business, communicate with you, and provide and support our services.

Contact and business information

This may include your:

  • Name

  • Business or organization name

  • Job title

  • Mailing address

  • Telephone and mobile numbers

  • Communication preferences

Account and service information

This may include:

  • Services purchased or requested

  • Proposals, quotes, scopes, and agreements

  • Project records and approved instructions

Full payment card and bank account details are generally collected and processed by our payment providers. One Wheel does not ordinarily store complete payment card or bank account numbers.

  • Meeting recordings when a meeting is recorded with notice

Client Data We Process on Behalf of Clients

As part of our services, One Wheel may access or process personal information contained in a client’s website, CRM, ecommerce system, email platform, advertising account, analytics platform, scheduling system, or other business technology.

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise:

  • The client determines why and how its business and customer information is collected and used.

  • One Wheel processes that information only to provide authorized services, maintain security, follow documented instructions, or meet legal obligations.

  • The client remains responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful collection practices, permissions, and customer consents.

  • One Wheel does not use client-identifiable data for external AI model training without the client’s approval.

Where applicable privacy laws use terms such as “controller,” “business,” “processor,” or “service provider,” One Wheel’s role will depend on the information involved and the services being performed.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and online services may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential website operation

  • Login and account security

  • Saving preferences

  • Website analytics and performance measurement

  • Fraud, spam, and automated abuse prevention

  • Advertising measurement when those tools are enabled

Some cookies may be placed by third-party providers that support our websites and services.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie controls presented on our websites. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of a website or client portal from working correctly.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional choices before using nonessential cookies or recognize supported universal opt-out signals.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

One Wheel may use text messaging for conversational and transactional business communications, including:

  • Responding to an inquiry

  • Scheduling and appointment reminders

  • Account and service updates

  • Project and support communication

  • Approval requests

  • Billing and payment notices

Promotional text messages will be sent only when we have the consent required by applicable law. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Where consent is required, we maintain a record of the opt-in, including the date, time, and method by which consent was provided.

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes. We may provide this information only to messaging, customer relationship management, and other service providers that process it for us as necessary to deliver and administer the messaging program, or when required by law. These providers may not use it for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may stop receiving text messages by replying STOP to any message. We will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests submitted to us. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.

How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary:

Service providers and subcontractors

We may use hosting providers, payment processors, CRM and business software providers, email and messaging platforms, analytics providers, security providers, professional advisors, and authorized subcontractors.

These parties receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their work and are expected to protect it and use it only for the authorized purpose.

Client-directed platforms and recipients

When providing services, we may place or transmit information through platforms owned, selected, or authorized by the client. We may also share information with the client’s authorized employees, representatives, vendors, or partners.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process

  • Respond to lawful government requests

  • Protect the rights, safety, security, or property of One Wheel, our clients, or others

  • Investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our agreements

Business transactions

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business or assets. Any recipient will remain subject to this Policy or provide notice of materially different practices.

Sale and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.

If we use personal information for targeted advertising or disclose it in a way that applicable law defines as a “sale” or “sharing,” we will provide any notice and opt-out rights required by that law.

Mobile information and text messaging consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

AI-Assisted Tools

One Wheel may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, summarize, organize, analyze, automate, or support work.

We apply human review appropriate to the task and the sensitivity of the information involved. Client-identifiable data will not be used for external AI model training without client approval.

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors and are reviewed as part of our normal service process before being relied upon for material decisions.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to:

  • Provide and support services

  • Maintain business and project records

  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations

  • Maintain consent and opt-out records

  • Resolve disputes

  • Protect systems and enforce agreements

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the service involved, client instructions, legal requirements, and operational needs.

Data, configurations, communications, and credentials may be removed or deleted in the normal course of business after services end. Some information may remain in backups or records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. These may include:

  • Role-based access

  • Secure credential storage

  • Access controls

  • Encrypted transmission

  • Security monitoring

  • Backup and recovery procedures

  • Contractor and service-provider confidentiality requirements

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send passwords, payment card information, health information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email, website forms, or text messages unless we have requested it and provided an appropriate method.

Processing Locations

Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers or authorized subcontractors operate. Where required, we use contractual, security, and access-control measures appropriate to the information and processing involved.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in the email

  • Stop text messages by replying STOP

  • Request correction of inaccurate contact or account information

  • Ask questions about how we use your information

  • Request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may also have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information

  • Obtain a copy of certain information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion

  • Request information in a portable format

  • Obtain information about certain third parties to which data was disclosed

  • Opt out of the sale of personal information

  • Opt out of targeted advertising

  • Opt out of certain profiling or automated decisions

  • Appeal the denial of a privacy request

  • Use an authorized agent to submit a request

  • Exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or record-keeping purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our websites and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

One Wheel manages and works with third-party platforms, but we do not control them. Their availability, security, policies, and data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our websites may also contain links to third-party websites. This Policy does not govern those websites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through email, our websites, our client portal, or another appropriate communication channel.
