That is why we are trying to make this process as clear and human as possible.

Use this path if your portal needs cleanup, you need to add missing assets, you are moving care from another provider, or certain items should no longer remain under One Wheel care.

Removal-only requests may be no cost when you confirm that you have access, control, and no future support need for that item.

If deeper review, documentation, vendor coordination, DNS, hosting, migration, file review, or broader planning is needed, we may direct you to a paid Formal Handoff Appointment or scoped project.

WHEN CARE CONTINUES

When approved items remain under One Wheel care, 360 Command Center Care continues, and invoices continue for the ongoing support being provided.

This is not meant to surprise anyone or force a decision by silence. It simply means that if One Wheel is still supporting, monitoring, maintaining, hosting, managing access, or keeping approved items under care, that care needs to be connected to a clear monthly support structure.


To choose a different path, use the Asset Update Request to remove items you control and no longer need One Wheel to support.

Best if something needs to change. Use this path if your portal needs cleanup, something should be added, something should be removed, or care is moving from another provider. Care and billing continue for approved items until they are fully removed, transferred, or offboarded. This protects the assets your business depends on and keeps responsibility clear while changes are being handled.

Items may continue under 360 Command Center Care, move through a removal request, or require a Formal Handoff when deeper transfer support is needed.

This vault should only contain platforms One Wheel needs in order to support your website, marketing, analytics, advertising, social media, forms, email marketing, CRM, reporting, and related systems.

 Expired domains, missed renewals, broken SSL, hosting confusion, outdated plugins, missing backups, and unclear website access.

 Broken forms, missed leads, outdated listings, disconnected notifications, tracking gaps, and review or directory accounts no one is watching.

 Lost credentials, unknown admin accounts, vendor lockouts, unclear ownership, old tools still billing, and files that are hard to find when they are needed.
