Your included monthly support is represented by the quantity column each invoice. Coverage is ticket-based, not hour-based. Approved overage is billed in 15-minute increments at $75 each.
Maintenance applies only to maintained items. Work outside included coverage, approved scope, or maintained assets may require approved overage, 360 Build™, BuildCredits™, 360 Strategy Engine™, partner/vendor routing, or a separate quote.
Your subscription level may increase or decrease as assets are added, removed, or confirmed during periodic audits. Your One Wheel client portal shows the assets currently connected to your account, along with instructions for reviewing, adding, or offboarding assets:
