For Strategy Engine Standard and Plus clients: Project planning sessions are included with your engagement. Ideas and plans developed here feed directly into your approved backlog or become scoped add-on projects.

For new clients: This session is the starting line for your first Build engagement. The plan we build here is the blueprint your project runs from.

Because our planning and engineering teams work from the same systems, same documentation, and the same institutional knowledge, projects that come out of these sessions launch faster and produce better results when built by our team. We ask for the opportunity to scope any work developed in this session before it's assigned elsewhere. Not as a restriction, but because continuity between plan and build is where the real results come from.
